Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the pool, sundeck, game room, and outdoor entertainment areas. The home includes free Wi-Fi, private parking, and all essential amenities for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

• We are a family-focused rental and do not host bachelor parties or groups under age 21. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, clean, and safe environment for families and respectful guests.

• Pool Season: Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend, with the HOA extending 2–3 weeks after Labor Day, depending on weather.

• Linens and towels are not provided, but rental services are available. A list of companies will be provided after booking. Pillows and blankets are included.

• We provide a limited supply of toiletries: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels per stay, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry detergent pods. Feel free to bring your own, as these items will not be replenished during your stay.

• No loud parties or disruptive noise. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

• Per Ocean City Fire Ordinance, no grilling or open flames are permitted within 20 feet of the property. 

 

Please be respectful of the property and leave the home in the condition in which it was found. Renters are responsible for any damages, missing items, or broken items. Upon checkout, ensure no dirty dishes are left in the dishwasher, and place all garbage in the large outdoor receptacle. A fine will be charged for noncompliance with any of the above.
