• On the second floor, you'll find an open-concept living space with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room, ideal for group gatherings.

• The third floor has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom includes a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home. Once you park, you won't need to worry about driving, as the house is just minutes from the beach, Boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, mini-golf, and local restaurants. Want to explore downtown? Hop on the Boardwalk tram for a fun family ride!

• High school seniors and guests under 25 must obtain approval from the homeowner before booking.

• Linens and towels are not provided, but rental services are available. A list of companies will be provided after booking. Pillows and blankets are included.

• We provide a limited supply of toiletries: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels per stay, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry detergent pods. Feel free to bring your own, as these items will not be replenished during your stay.

• No loud parties or disruptive noise. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

• Per Ocean City Fire Ordinance, no grilling or open flames are permitted within 20 feet of the property. 

 

Please be respectful of the property and leave the home in the condition in which it was found. Renters are responsible for any damages, missing items, or broken items. Upon checkout, ensure no dirty dishes are left in the dishwasher, and place all garbage in the large outdoor receptacle. A fine will be charged for noncompliance with any of the above.
