• The second floor offers an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen featuring high-end appliances, a living room with water views, and a large gathering area perfect for friends and family.

• The third floor has three spacious bedrooms, including the master with two full beds and a private bath. Room 2 features a full-on-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, while Room 3 has a queen bed with a trundle.

 

Guest Access

Located in the Broad Marsh community off 70th Street in Midtown Ocean City, guests can access the community pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The home is just 1 block from the beach and close to public transportation.

• High school seniors and guests under 25 must obtain approval from the homeowner before booking.

• Linens and towels are not provided, but rental services are available. A list of companies will be provided after booking. Pillows and blankets are included.

• We provide a limited supply of toiletries: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels per stay, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry detergent pods. Feel free to bring your own, as these items will not be replenished during your stay.

• No loud parties or disruptive noise. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

• Per Ocean City Fire Ordinance, no grilling or open flames are permitted within 20 feet of the property. 

 

Please be respectful of the property and leave the home in the condition in which it was found. Renters are responsible for any damages, missing items, or broken items. Upon checkout, ensure no dirty dishes are left in the dishwasher, and place all garbage in the large outdoor receptacle. A fine will be charged for noncompliance with any of the above.
